Custom requests and offers
Submitting a request does not automatically create a paid order. Admin reviews the request and may send a custom offer with scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms.
Payments and verification
The first version of this platform supports manual payment instructions, payment proof upload, admin verification and invoice generation. Project work may begin after payment proof is approved unless otherwise agreed.
Project communication
Order-related communication should happen inside the relevant dashboard chat where possible, so project details, files, updates and delivery notes remain organized.
Revisions and completion
Revision limits, delivery timelines and completion rules should follow the accepted custom offer or package agreement. Completed jobs may remain available in history for reference.
